CORATINA QUALITY
The name Coratina comes from Corato, a small town in Bari province where this olive cultivar started and was then spread around Northern and Central Puglia.
The Coratina oil is loved not only by oil connoisseur, but also by anyone because of its intense flavour, a bit spicy as well. On the palate it is round and not too bitter.
