Olio Raimondo was born in Torremaggiore, a cute village between Tavoliere delle Puglies and the Gargano promontory.
Our olives ripen on centuries-old trees of two different qualities: Peranzana and Coratina. The extra virgin olive oil obtained from them is kept in a cellar a few steps away from Piazza Raimondo de Sangro, the town square opposite the Swabian-Norman castle.
